This policy explains what information IRC Rentals Ltd, trading as IRC ("IRC", "we", "us"), receives through this website and how it is used. IRC provides party equipment rental and events in London and surrounding areas.

What this website does — and doesn't do

This website is an information and enquiry site. It has no online booking, no online payments and no customer accounts. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run any tracking scripts.

Information you may give us

We only receive information that you choose to send us:

  • By calling IRC — we will see your phone number and anything you tell us on the call.
  • By messaging IRC on WhatsApp — we will see your WhatsApp number, profile name and the content of your message.
  • Through the "Join the IRC Event List" form — your name, mobile number, optionally a different WhatsApp number, and optionally a note about what you are interested in.

How the IRC Events form works

The event list form does not send your details to a server. When you press the button, your device opens WhatsApp with a message already written using the details you typed in. Nothing reaches IRC unless you press send inside WhatsApp yourself. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and handles your message under its own terms and privacy policy.

The "Enquire" and "Check Availability" buttons work the same way: they open WhatsApp with a pre-written message for you to review and send.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and to check availability and arrange a rental.
  • If you ask to join the event list, to let you know about future IRC events.

We do not sell your information.

Website hosting

This website is delivered by a third-party hosting provider. Like most web hosts, it may process standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in order to serve pages and keep the site secure. This site does not use third-party fonts, analytics or embedded services that load from other companies.

Your choices

You can ask IRC to stop contacting you about events, or ask what information we hold about you and to correct or delete it, by calling or messaging IRC on 07746 767991.

Changes to this policy

If IRC adds anything that changes how information is handled — for example analytics, an online form service or online booking — this policy will be updated first.
